How do I reserve a puppy?

Please fill out our puppy application and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We like to go over applications and get an idea of what you are looking for before we accept deposits. Your desired puppy or picking order is not secure until the reservation fee is received.

How much is the reservation fee?

Reservation fee is $300 and is non-refundable but is transferable to a future litter within 1 years time frame.

We accept Gooddog, Zelle, or cash for reservations.

Reservation fee goes towards the purchase price of the puppy.

What is the puppy pick order?

Some litters are on a waitlist and some are on first come first serve basis. If puppies are on a waitlist picks go in order of deposit received. If they are not on a waitlist you can pick your pup of choice when placing your deposit.

What age do I get to pick my puppy?

Puppy pick day will be scheduled around 4 weeks of age. It will go in order of deposit received, each family will be scheduled a time and will be given 30 minutes to select their puppy.

Will my puppy receive any shots before I pick him/her up?

Yes, all puppies will go home with age-appropriate shots.

Will my puppy be dewormed before heading home?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we do multiple deworming’s starting when the puppies are 2 weeks old and continue to do so every 2 weeks until the puppies go home.

Will my puppy be potty trained?

We start potty training at 3.5 weeks old. They will have a great head start of what is expected, but you will need to continue training at home with you.

Do you crate train?

Yes, we introduce the crate at 6 weeks old.

Do you follow any programs?

Yes, we do ENS, ESI, and follow the BAB Breeder curriculum.

Are parents DNA health tested and have OFA clearances?

Yes, all parents are DNA health tested, and have been OFA certified.

Do you ship or transport puppies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I allow shipping with my preferred flight nanny or an outside nanny service you as the buyer secures. Buyer is responsible for fees associated with flying a puppy. Puppies that fly out need to be paid in full before leaving the breeder’s care. We can also meet you at the airport for a $100 fee, for you to catch a quick turnaround flight if you would like to fly in yourself.

Do you offer a health guarantee?

Yes, all puppies come with a 1-year health guarantee of genetic mutations tested for in parents.

Question 14

Does my puppy need to be seen at a vet within a certain time frame?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All puppies are required to be seen at the vet within 72 hours of leaving the breeder, or the contract is void.

Does my puppy come home with insurance coverage?

Accepted Answer

I have partnered with Trupanion. They offer a free 30-day coverage for new puppy owners through the breeder. This needs to be activated 24 hours before the puppy goes home by each buyer before the breeder will release the puppy into their care.

Insurance needs to be activated 24 hours before the puppy leaves breeders’ care.

Will you keep my puppy past 8 weeks?

We try not to hold puppies past their go home date. If you do need additional time to pick up we can discuss options of holding. If holding balance for puppy is due at original go home date. In some cases if holding a puppy there will be additional fees and vet care added.

Can I come see the puppies in person?

We are no longer allowing in-home visitors, but we are happy to Facetime if you ever just want to see your puppy. This is only available to families with reservation fees down who have chosen or are choosing their puppy!  This policy has changed for the health and safety of our puppies and environment. We hope you can understand.

Where are the puppies raised?

Our puppies are raised indoors alongside our family! Puppies will be exposed to people of all ages, other dogs, and crazy loud noises of a busy household.
